For more than 42 years, the [ECGM] Eternal Church of God Ministries has been working in Uganda and other African countries preaching the gospel of Jesus Christ and meeting the spirual, physical and psychological needs of the people
with over 375 postor and evangelist around African working under ECGM, We have reached thousands of people, planted more than 300 churches and changed thousands of lives positively,though love and fellowship. The ministry has it head quarters in Uganda Rwegoma, Kabarole District. From here the ministry spreads out into the mountanious region of Rwenzori, into Eastern DRC and African countries
Eternal Church Of God, is a ministry that seeks to fulfill the great comminsion of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ in Matthew 28:19 and to also restore the New Testament Ministry of the Holy Spirity.
Our ministry’s main goal is to evangelise and witness to all people about out Lord Jesus Christ.
Through evangelism, many people have been saved and we have taken a step further to disciple them.
According to statistics, Uganda has more than 2.7 million orphaned children, mainly caused by HIV/AIDS.
Uganda is a developing country with half of it’s population living in absolute poverty. Our ministry aims at empowering communities.

Silas and Betty Atugonza attended bible school in Uganda and have been senior pastors of Eternal church of God for 20 years. They travel internationally preaching the gospel of Jesus Christ. Together they have 7 children who are also in full time ministry.
